Eden recruits Peel veteran

Anna Bensky is the newest director for Altrincham-based Eden Planning.

Bensky joined Eden after working for nine years as an associate director from Peel L&P. She has experience crafting planning strategies for regeneration projects and for strategic land promotion. One of her most recent projects was the £35m RHS Garden Bridgewater in Salford.

Before working at Peel, she was a planner with Deloitte Real Estate, Cassidy + Ashton Architects, and Eddisons.

“Anna’s impressive portfolio showcases her enviable planning experience and adds serious weight to our growing offering,” said Becki Hinchliffe, founding director of Eden

Bensky’s the latest director hire for Eden, which also named Nicole Roe as director earlier this year.

“Our all-female leadership team is a happy accident,” Hinchliffe said. “We didn’t aim to establish one but the skills that Anna and Nicole bring to our table really highlight how it’s time to shake up a very male-led industry.”

Eden is currently working with McGoff Construction, Peel L&P, Bridgewater Canal Company, Flintshire County Council, Together Money and Natural England on schemes. Eden has experience in planning applications for commercial, residential and regeneration schemes.
