Cityheart appoints assistant development director
Anika Day joins the Chester-based developer with more than 12 years of experience in the property industry.
Day will head up Cityheart’s development team in her new role, predominantly focusing on the £135m Wigan Galleries project.
As assistant development director, Day will also work in partnership with other public sector bodies to contribute to projects as the company adds to its £650m development pipeline.
Day previously worked as a senior project manager at Moda Living, a position she held for more than five years. She also worked as development manager at Select Property and project manager at Gardiner & Theobald.
Warren Taylor, development director at Cityheart, said: “Anika’s strong track record, particularly in the residential sector will enhance our existing in-house resources and skills.”
Day added: “Cityheart is evidently a very dynamic company with a lot of energy and ambition and a strong variety of schemes being undertaken, which will provide a breadth of exciting new challenges.”
