Chancerygate, Bridges lodge 163,000 sq ft Cheshire industrial plan
Having acquired 7.8 acres in Adlington from Quorum Property Group last year, the joint venture has lodged plans for its redevelopment with Cheshire East Council.
CB Investments, the vehicle set up by Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management to deliver the £40m Cheshire project, wants to build 163,000 sq ft of industrial across 11 units.
Named Avro Business Park, the development would be located off the £53m Poynton Relief Road, south of Adlington Business Park.

Bridges and Chancerygate have been working in partnership for a decade. Projects they have delivered together include the regeneration of Beeston Business Park in Nottingham and the development of The Curve, a student housing development in London.

Before selling the site, previous owner Quorum had entered pre-application discussions with Cheshire East over plans to deliver a single 135,000 sq ft unit.
