Central Group agrees Penrhyn Court lease

Electro-mechanical service provider Central Group has taken a 10-year lease on a 12,155 sq ft industrial unit at Penrhyn Court on Knowsley Business Park.

CBRE represented landlord Caddick Developments.

Other tenants at Penrhyn Court include Portakabin, MED Imaging, Parker Packaging, Paper 4 Print, Beverston Engineering and Green Thumb. Quoting rents on the estate are £4.75/sq ft.

Darren Hill, a director at CBRE, said: "Central Group's headquarters is based in Knowsley and due to the company's ongoing success they needed more space but were keen to remain in the area. Penrhyn Court presented the ideal solution as it offers high quality modern accommodation in a sought after location close to the motorway networks."

There are three units remaining at Penrhyn Court. They range from 7,720 sq ft to 15,440 sq ft.
