Braemar strengthens residential management team

Hale-based Braemar Estates has recruited two new residential block managers to its team.

Lee Lynane, formerly of Suttons City Living, and Barbara Short, formerly of Dunlop Haywards Residential, will work under Howard Jones, head of the residential division.

Braemar Estates manages over 2,000 units, mainly in the North West, and recently won the contract to manage MM2, consisting of 92 apartments and 10 commercial units.

Established in 2001 and quoted on AiM in December 2005, Braemar Group consists of two divisions, the fund management side, Braemar Securities, and services arm, Braemar Estates (Residential).
