Aztec wins nursery project

Liverpool-based Auckland College has instructed the fit-out firm for the refurbishment of a vacant two storey office block on Hawthorn Street in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Aztec said the independent school is transforming 3,861 sq ft Cygnet Court into a new nursery development to be known as Pepperberry Day.
Aztec is due to start the project in August and the £140,000 design and build contract is scheduled to be completed within an eight week programme.
Rob Maxwell, Aztec managing director, said: "Our brief was to create a high spec refurbishment whilst ensuring all areas are 'child safe'. It is going to be an integral part of the community covering all aspects of child care."
