Arrow agrees 107,500 sq ft Horwich pre-let

Window manufacturer Heritage Trade Frames has signed terms on one of two units at the developer’s 327,750 sq ft Arrow Park Bolton, which is due to complete this summer.

Currently based in Lostock, CorpAcq-owned Heritage Trade Frames is preparing to move to its ne home off Junction 6 of the M61.

The unit has 15-metre eaves, two level access doors, 10 dock levellers, and 14 HGV trailer spaces.

Arrow Capital Partners is redeveloping the 17-acre former Essity site in Horwich in partnership with Cerberus Capital Management.

The second unit, spanning 220,250 sq ft is still available to let. B8 Real Estate and Commercial Property Partners are leasing agents for the scheme.

Cormac Dunne, head of real estate in Europe at Arrow Capital Partners, said: “Securing a pre-let at Arrow Point Bolton ahead of completion is a strong endorsement of the scheme’s quality and the depth of occupier demand in specific submarkets within the north west logistics market.

“With its strategic positioning, future-proof specification and strong sustainability features, the development is well aligned with evolving occupier requirements. Demand for modern, energy-efficient space continues to outpace supply in prime locations and this transaction demonstrates the investment appeal of the regional logistics market for forward-looking investors”.
