Amerdale completes Hollywood shell

Property developer Amerdale has finished work on the remodeling of Hollywood, a 9,500 sq ft office building in Salford Quays.

Located on Missouri Avenue, overlooking the junction of South Langworthy Road and Eccles New Road, the three-storey building has been stripped back to a shell making it ready for an internal fit out to meet an occupier’s style and specification.

Hollywood is available to let as a whole. Quoting rent is around £14/sq ft.

Mark Hancock, director of Amerdale, said: “This three-story building has great potential. Its location within walking distance of the BBC and next to Langworthy Metrolink station, plus the added advantage of a self-contained car park for at least 48 cars, makes it a very attractive proposition in the current market.”

Mark Canning, director of Canning O’Neill, sole agent for the scheme, said: “There is a lack of self-contained office buildings available in this location. Hollywood would suit a wide range of occupiers, especially those which want to be located close to MediaCity and occupy a property that is aligned with their company’s own brand identity. By offering shell space the building could potentially be fitted with a combination of office and studio space.”
