- ANNA COUCH, PLANIT | Anna has been involved in a wide variety of projects from masterplans and strategic frameworks to town centre visions, landscape and public realm strategies. Within her studio director role, Anna sits on Planit’s strategy board and environmental management group, shaping the strategic and regenerative design direction of the business.
- RAIFE GALE, MUSE | Raife joined Muse in 2022 and has over a decade of retail and leisure focussed redevelopment and repurposing experience, working on schemes across the UK. He has experience working with funds, private equity and public sector partners. Raife Gale sits on the operational management board for Habiko.
- DAVID WELLS, HBD | David has worked in property development for over 25 years mainly focussed on the north of England but particularly the Yorkshire market. In his current role at HBD, part of Henry Boot, he is working on the delivery of up to 5.5m sqft of industrial and logistics space in the Goole Freeport site as well as IAMP in the north east and Markham Vale in Derbyshire.
- ANDREW MILNE, ASSOCIATED BRITISH PORTS | Andrew has over 15 years of development experience across a wide range of sectors & has joined ABP to help drive the success of ABP’s future property development pipeline & revenue growth. He deals with the direct development of land & property opportunities, including the 453-acre Humber International Enterprise Park (HIEP), 212 acres of which sits within the Hull East tax assisted zone.
- DOMINIC GIBBONS, WYKELAND |The mantra of Wykeland is that physical regeneration doesn’t happen without cultural and social regeneration happening at the same time. Responsible for over 9m sq ft of development in Hull & East Yorkshire, Wykeland has provided over £550k of revenue support to the regional cultural sector. Dominic is also the chair of HEY Creative which is the cultural compact for the Hull & East Yorkshire region.
- GILLIAN OSGERBY, HULL CITY COUNCIL | Gillian is the strategic lead for all the high-profile investment projects across Hull city centre and will transform and celebrate the unique aspects of Hull’s streetscape and its rich heritage. With significant success in drawing in external funding to support these projects, they deliver on the city’s Culture and Heritage Strategy, Community Plan and Council Plan, all of which will establish Hull as a major tourist destination.
- HELEN O’CURRY, GREENGAGE ENVIRONMENTAL | Helen joined Greengage in 2024 and is an experienced architect & project principal with 20 years of experience in the built environment sector leading multidisciplinary teams & advising clients on design & sustainability.
