Quartet of industrial experts sets up consultancy
James Goode, Avison Young’s former North West head of industrial and logistics, as well as Knight Frank’s Sam Royle, Edward Kennerley, and James Clements, have established BOX4 Real Estate.
The quartet have left their multi-national operations to set up a boutique consultancy that will provide advice rooted in “specialist knowledge, collaboration, and long-term relationships”, the company said.
BOX4 will work with occupiers, developers, and investors on disposals, acquisitions, and land transactions across the North West and Midlands.
Goode has left Avison Young after more than seven years as head of its regional I&L team. Royle, Kennerly and Clements were all partners at Knight Frank and accumulated a combined 25 years with the firm.
The directors said: “We’ve each worked extensively in our respective areas and saw an opportunity to bring that expertise together under one roof, with a shared focus on the logistics and industrial market.”
The launch of BOX4 comes at a time of “continued structural growth in the logistics and industrial sectors, with increasing demand for space, capital deployment, and development land across key UK regions”, the firm said.
