      VACANCY REF: CK3217190

Help shape the future of our communities and places.

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a high-performing team based in Liverpool and Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse mix of sectors — including defence, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and regeneration — delivering projects that make a real and lasting impact on communities.

With multiple roles available — from Senior Project Manager through to Associate Director — you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your career while leading meaningful, high-profile projects across the North West.

      Why join?

      • Make a difference, delivering projects that improve public services, commercial spaces, and community facilities.
      • Develop your career with clear progression pathways and exposure to varied, high-impact projects.
      • Work across an exciting range of sectors, from healthcare estates and schools to civic buildings, leisure schemes, commercial developments, and major regeneration programmes.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Advising and supporting clients on the delivery of capital programmes, refurbishments, and new build schemes.
      • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with public and private sector clients, helping to grow both new and existing accounts.
      • Managing the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
      • Leading procurement strategies, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
      • Ensuring projects meet sustainability, accessibility, and community value goals.

      What we’re looking for:

      • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as construction management, quantity surveying, building surveying, or project management.
      • Experience working within public and/or private sector organisations — particularly with local authorities, healthcare providers, defence clients, education bodies, or commercial developers.
Strong understanding of procurement routes, governance, and regulatory requirements across multiple sectors.
      • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for delivering projects that make a positive impact.

      The opportunity:

Join a respected, market-leading team with a reputation for delivering excellence across sectors. With salaries ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 + benefits DOE, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, broaden your expertise, and play a key role in shaping the future of places and communities across the Liverpool and Manchester region.
