Acquisitive Bracken takes Cheadle Royal holdings to 144,000 sq ft
The investor has acquired a 26,000 sq ft office building from Custodian REIT.
Bracken Property Company has bought Lakeside 5500 at Cheadle Royal Business Park, which is two-thirds let with 8,745 sq ft available.
The deal sees Bracken’s Cheadle Royal portfolio grow it 144,000 sq ft. The firm also owns lender Together’s headquarters.
Bracken was advised by Sterling Properties and JLMcr Property Consultancy. Sixteen acted for Custodian.

“It is a fantastic location and acquiring further space allows us to provide flexibility for tenants across our portfolio at the business park, depending on their changing occupational needs.”
