Trinovant enters region with new hire

Phil Rowlandson has joined the building consultancy to head its venture into the North West, joining from CBRE.

The Suffolk and London-based firm, managed by Ben Stell and Will Sheppard, was established in 2013 and said a growing pipeline of work in the region had led to its move.

Stell said “The strong growth of manufacturing and logistics in the North has put pressure on commercial property to perform. Our clients recognise this and are investing heavily across the region, allowing us to follow suit.

“We have managed in excess of £2m of construction works and surveyed £100m of investment property in the North West over the last 12 months, and we are confident that these figures will continue to grow.”.

The new office, in an as yet undecided location, will be led by Rowlandson, who spent four years with CBRE following spells with GVA and Malcolm Hollis.

Rowlandson will join directors Stell, Sheppard and George Long on Trinovant’s senior team as an associate director.

Trinovant will continue to offer a range of building surveying and project management services to clients in the industrial, office, retail, healthcare and residential development sectors as it looks to gradually build its presence in the region.
