Your Space share price soars on contract talks

Manchester and Liverpool-based serviced office operator, Your Space, responded to the near tripling of its share price on Friday saying it was in talks over a lucrative deal.
Your Space, which includes a contracting business, said it "is in talks with a substantial property company regarding the provision of refurbishment services across this company's property portfolio.
The statement said talks "are at an early stage and there can be no certainty that a commercial agreement will be reached."
The share price rose from 5.5p on Friday morning to 16p by the end of the day, valuing the business at £3.62m.
