Worsley industrial plot for sale at Eddisons

An industrial investment opportunity in Wardley Industrial Estate is on offer for £500,000 as part of the next Eddisons auction in Manchester.

The two tenanted units at Priestley Point produce income of £65,000 a year and are available as a single lot. The units are on a secure 2.3-acre site and have future redevelopment potential, subject to planning consents.

Two investment opportunities in Barrow-in-Furness are also available.
