Whittaker increases stake in Pinewood

Rulegale Nominees, one of property billionaire John Whittaker's investment vehicles, has increased its stake in Pinewood Shepperton to more than 21%.
In a stock exchange announcement today, Pinewood said RN had increased its stake from 9.3m to 9.8m shares, or 21.76% of the total voting rights.
In November, Pinewood unveiled plans for a 105-acre extension at its film and television studios, which would include 2,500 new homes.
