Urban Splash matches two more to Liverpool offices
Urban Splash has signed two new tenants to its recently completed Matchworks II in Garston, Liverpool.
Dolphin Construction and Matchwork Studios, a new photographic and design facility, have taken 6,162 sq ft of space between them.
The Dolphin Group subsidiary is relocating its team of 20 to Matchworks II from Skelmersdale following numerous contract wins in the area.
Matchwork Studios specialises in high quality digital photography, studio hire and creative design. The firm will occupy a 3,714 sq ft studio space.
Dolphin Construction and Matchwork Studios join: LiverpoolFC.tv; Riverside Home Ownership,; Maritime Housing Association; Four Soft UK; Driving Edge and Family Martial Arts and Character Development Centre in Matchworks II.
Urban Splash has four units remaining at Matchworks II ranging from 5,509 sq ft to 9,282 sq ft. Rents are £3.50/sq ft for studio/workshop space and £7.50/sq ft for fully fitted office space. On site car parking is provided at no additional cost.
The first phase 86,000 sq ft Matchworks I has been fully let since its conversion six years ago, current occupiers are: ACAS, Liverpool Primary Care Trust, Vertex, Agility Logistics and Sure Maintenance.
Also on the same site is the 19,000 sq ft Matchbox, the first new build by Urban Splash in Liverpool.
