Urban Splash adds PCT to Tea Factory

Liverpool Primary Care Trust has taken 4,555 sq ft at the Tea Factory, one of Urban Splash's buildings in Ropewalks, Liverpool city centre.
The PCT signed a six-year lease and will relocate from premises in Wavertree Business Village having outgrown its current space.
The deal means that just 12,497 sq ft remains at the Tea Factory.
