Unicom takes Four6Four

Telecommunications provider Unicom has taken a 10-year lease on Four6Four, a refurbished office scheme in Northenden, South Manchester.

Headquartered at Universal House in Sharston, Unicom has leased the whole 12,600 sq ft property in Palatine Road from landlord Hollins Murray Group.

Canning O'Neill is joint agent on the building with Regional Property Solutions. Unicom represented themselves.
