Tyler Grange appoints two in Macclesfield

Environmental and technical planning consultancy Tyler Grange LLP has recruited two new members of staff for its Macclesfield team.

John Moorcroft joins as associate ecologist from Waterman EED where he acted as principal ecologist at its Manchester office.

Landscape planning graduate Jack Jewell also joins Tyler Grange LLP after gaining an LDA Design Award for excellence in landscape architecture for achieving the highest average mark across all his course modules throughout his final year at the University of Sheffield.

Jonathan Berry, partner of Tyler Grange, said: "It is great to see the team expanding in response to our healthy workload across the North West. Developers are becoming much more active in relation to strategic land appraisal, something that John and Jack will be actively involved with."

Tyler Grange recently moved into an office in Market Place, Macclesfield. The company also has a base in Stroud, Gloucestershire, covering project interests across the south of England.

The consultant team now totals eight, with four members of staff in each office, and plans are being made to add flood risk and transportation services to the company over the next 12 months.

Clients of Tyler Grange LLP includes Peel, the Casey Group and Ainscough Strategic Land.
