TSK lands AJ Bell brief
Office design, fit-out and furnishing business TSK Group has been appointed by personal pensions and shares manager AJ Bell to design and deliver its 94,000 sq ft headquarters at 4 Exchange Quay in Salford Quays.
AJ Bell agreed the deal to take the whole of the building in August, and will relocate its 450 staff from nearby Trafford House.

The deal completes a successful end to the year for Salford Quays-headquartered TSK, which in November was appointed to design and deliver the fit-out for Swinton’s 165,000 sq ft office at 101 Embankment.
