Trio sets up at 75% full Gemini8

The Warrington development of trade, warehouse, and industrial units off the M62 has reached the occupancy milestone following the completion of a hattrick of lettings.

Joining existing occupiers NHS Property Services, Kone Cranes, Lumifil, VBG, Systematic Data Solutions, and Igne Group, Cumbria-based Caterite Food & Wine acquired a 16,600 sq ft shed on a 10-year lease.

In addition, sports nutritionist Occastore has secured a five-year lease on a 4,400 sq ft unit, while Telefonica UK has set up a five-year lease for a 6,000 sq ft shed.

Global Freight Solutions rounds off recent leases, securing a five-year lease on two combined adjacent units to create 10,400 sq ft of space.

Rents for the units, ranging in size from 3,900 sq ft to 16,600 sq ft, start from £12.75 per sq ft.

All benefit from an EPC B rating, fully fitted offices, and insulated cladding.

Agents Davies Harrison, B8 Real Estate, and Newmark are the retained letting agents for the scheme.

Iain Taylor, director of Northwood Real Estate, said: “The development’s strategic location, quality of accommodation, and excellent connectivity continue to attract a diverse range of high-calibre occupiers.

“Reaching over 75% occupancy is a significant achievement and a testament to the scheme’s enduring appeal.”

John Harrison, director at Davies Harrison, added: “This recent spate of lettings is clear evidence of how strong a location Gemini8 remains and how it continues to appeal to leading national and regional occupiers, and we now have only a limited number of units remaining.”
