Trinity Business Park units complete in ‘next few weeks’
The Manchester industrial team of Cushman & Wakefield has stated phase one of Trinity Developments (Trafford)'s first industrial scheme will be open in March.
Trinity Business Park, located in Trafford Park, was expected to be ready for occupation this month.
The speculative scheme totals 60,000 sq ft with units from 3,500 sq ft available on both a freehold and leasehold basis.
Tristan Wooller, of Cushman & Wakefield, said: "The first two units which make up phase one should be ready in the next couple of weeks. There has been some interest; however, we have not got any units under offer. There have been two or three viewings and we were close to one deal being done, but the company decided to look elsewhere."
Cushman & Wakefield was instructed as the sole agent to market Trinity Business Park last September.
Trinity Developments (Trafford) specialises in serviced offices. However, Trinity Business Park will comprise of nine industrial units.
Wooller said design and build opportunities up to 30,000 sq ft will be available on the second phase, which will not be built until phase one is completely occupied.
