Tipografic expands in Wallasey

The specialist printer has taken a 16,000 sq ft unit in Scotts Quay, which it will use for a printing and finishing processing suite for food and drink packaging labels.

The warehouse, which is owned by Merseyside Estates, is in addition to the company's current base at Twelve Quays, Birkenhead. Tipografic said it was expanding in order to accommodate an increase in international demand for its products.

Smith & Sons is the letting agent at Scotts Quay.
