Tilia appoints land and planning director

David Morris joins the company with 30 years’ experience in housebuilding.

During his time in the industry, Morris was director at Miller Homes, and co-founded Bowsall and The Strategic Land Group.

As land and planning director at Tilia Homes Northern, Morris’s role will see him working with his team in Warrington to deliver acquisition deals across the North.

Currently, Tilia Homes is seeking new land opportunities across the M6 and M62 corridors. Potential sites will range between 75 and 330 units. The business is specifically targeting areas around Preston, Clitheroe, Liverpool, and Manchester.
