Three more in at Tomorrow
MediaCityUK’s tech workspace Tomorrow has secured another three occupiers, taking occupancy to 65%.
StreamAMG, Fuzzy Duck Creative and ZEAL Creative are all existing MediaCityUK tenants that will move into space in the building as thy expand.
Video streaming specialist StreamAMG originally moved to MediaCity in 2012 and will now take 2,233 sq ft on the second floor, while Fuzzy Duck will move from The Greenhouse into 2,006 sq ft.
Marketing agency ZEAL Creative, formerly based in The Landing at MediaCityUK will take 1,816 sq ft on the second floor of Tomorrow, having more than doubled its workforce to 28 in the last 12 months.
Lynn Haime, asset manager at MediaCityUK, said: “It’s great to see Tomorrow providing the next stepping stone for tenants who are ready to progress to more permanent spaces as a result of successful operations in their initial locations at MediaCityUK.
“There’s plenty more in the pipeline, with more new tenants, along with our pay-per-minute sitting room and co-working space, Ziferblat, which has just opened this month, so we’re look forward to continuing the success.”
Tomorrow was launched in September last year. The building comprises eight floors of crearive workspace and a 112-bedroom Premier Inn on the top four floors. Ziferblat comprises 6,000 sq ft at ground and mezzanine level.
