Three in at 82 King Street

BMO Real Estate Partners, acting on behalf of F&C REIT Asset Management, has secured three new occupiers at 82 King Street in Manchester.

Executive recruitment company Odgers Berndtson has relocated from Manchester International Office Centre and is set to occupy 3,525 sq ft. Cognitive Publishing, which was previously based at 86 Deansgate, will take 2,830 sq ft on the second floor. Channel 4 also recently agreed a 10-year lease of 5,055 sq ft at the building. Quoting rental levels at the building are £32/sq ft.

82 King Street is a 14-storey office building with suites ranging from 2,557 sq ft to 6,118 sq ft. Other occupiers include Credit Suisse, Caunce O’Hara, Zeus Capital and AXA.

WHR, Bilfinger GVA and TSG are the retained joint letting agents.

Harry Skinner, senior surveyor of WHR, said: “We are very pleased to announce this flurry of recent letting activity at 82 King Street, which continues to attract significant interest. Following these latest lettings only two floors now remain available, which is testament to the building’s exceptional accommodation and location in the heart of the city’s prime office core.”
