Technology firm moves to Didsbury office park

ICT provider Calyx UK has leased 7,700 sq ft at Wereldhave's Towers Business Park in Didsbury, south Manchester.
Calyx UK has agreed a 10-year lease in The Pavilion building at a rental level of £16.50/sq ft.
Will Lewis of joint letting agent WHR Property Consultants comments: "Towers Business Park has been the most successful business park in South Manchester during 2008 and has secured a number of lettings. The success is because of its excellent location, parkland environment and the unrivalled amenities on its doorstep."
