Stonebond lodges plans for final phase of Little Hulton homes

Comprising 181 properties overall, the final element of the developer’s Manchester Road West masterplan would deliver 50 houses.

Stonebond and affordable housing partner Great Places Housing Group have submitted an application for the three-acre development, which would feature a mix of two-, three-, and four-bed homes available for affordable rent and shared ownership.

The scheme is located east of Logistics North and is one of three in the immediate vicinity progressed by Stonebond and Great Places since the pair partnered in 2023 with a pledge to deliver 600 affordable homes across Manchester.

The other two phases feature 71 homes and 60 homes and are under construction.
