Stockport PCT expand at Kingsgate

Langtree Group has let 6,987 sq ft of office accommodation to Stockport Primary Care Trust at its 75,000 sq ft Kingsgate building.

Kingsgate is now 80% let with other occupiers including Fitchner, Co-op and Churchwood Finance.

Stockport PCT has expanded its operation in the building, occupying all of the ground, first and second floor totalling 25,000 sq ft.

WHR and DTZ are acting on behalf of Langtree as joint letting agents for Kingsgate.
