Splash adds tenant to Tea Factory

Urban Splash has signed fledgling interior designer MYO Group to a 1,600 sq ft unit in the Tea Factory in Ropewalks, Liverpool city centre.
MYO was set up by Phil May in March this year to specialise in designing for high net worth individuals and businesses.
Other tenants at the Tea Factory include the Royal Institute of British Architects, Simpson Direct and Cass Associates.
MYO said it plans to hold a launch party for clients and contacts in September.
