Spencer adds Knight Frank on Huyton trade counters

Knowsley-based Spencer Commercial Property has instructed the Liverpool office of Knight Frank as joint agents alongside Matthews & Goodman in letting eight units at its Chapel Brook Trade Park site.

Chapel Brook Trade Park fronts Wilson Road, the main road through Huyton Business Park.

Spencer completed the part 18 months ago and has let space to Screwfix Direct, Warm Front Conservatories & Windows & JB Security Supplies.
