Space 48 deal takes Acresfield to fully let

Aberdeen Asset Management has let the last remaining office space at Acresfield on St Ann’s Square, Manchester to Space 48.

The e-commerce consultancy has agreed a new 10-year lease for the property’s 6,100 sq ft fifth floor, at a rent of £18.50/sq ft. The transaction follows lettings to FujiFilm Imaging Colorants and AFL Insurance Brokers in autumn 2016.

Savills represented Aberdeen Asset Management in the deal.
