Skinner joins CWC

Building services engineer Crookes Walker Consulting has appointed Chris Skinner as technical director to lead its expanding Liverpool office.
Skinner joins from Laing O’Rourke where he held a senior leadership position within the Crown House business unit.
He has most recently been responsible for delivery and technical governance of the building services design packages for some of the largest healthcare and aviation projects in the UK.
Established in January 2004, Crookes Walker now employs more than 30 people across its two offices, based in St Mary’s Parsonage, Manchester and the Plaza, Old Hall Street in Liverpool.
