SB Training opens centre in Skelmersdale

Rothwell Investments has let 3,323 sq ft of office and industrial space to SB Training at 9 Greenhey Place in east Gillibrands, Skelmersdale.

SB Training specialise in the delivery of fork lift truck and plant operator training courses. The passing rent totals £30,434 per annum over a period of six years.

Robert Pinkus & Co are agents for Greenhey Place.

SB Training also has in-house training centres in Aintree and Worcester.
