Ryders moves to Exchange Flags
Ryder Architecture is the latest firm to take space at UK Land & Property and Pochin's refurbished Exchange Flags office building in central Liverpool.
Ryders will relocate from Water Street to a 4,000 sq ft office in the Horton House wing of the building, which already boasts Regus, Strategic Back Office Solutions, law firm Brabners Chaffe Street, accountant Deloittes and surveyor Knight Frank among its occupiers.
The Ryders office in Liverpool opened in the past year as part of a national expansion and is headed by Richard Wise. The firm has offices in Glasgow, Newcastle and London.
UK Land/Pochin acquired Exchange Flags in two deals from Bill Davies' Walton Group in 2006 and 2007, funded by Allied Irish Bank.
The 160,000 sq ft Horton House is now completely refurbished and work is ongoing on the 300,000 sq ft Walker House next door, which was acquired later and partly pre-let to the Ministry of Defence.
Keppie Massie, Cheetham & Mortimer and King Sturge are joint letting agents for Exchange Flags. The quoting rent is £16.50/sq ft. GVA Grimley advised Ryders.
