Restaurants agree Silk Street deals
Wilson Bowden has signed pre-let agreements with Italian restaurant operator Prezzo and New York Italian diner Frankie & Benny's to occupy units at the £90m development in Macclesfield town centre.
Prezzo will take a 3,740 sq ft unit while Frankie & Benny's signed for a 4,000 sq ft unit.
Cineworld and Debenhams have already signed at the Silk Street development.
Planning permission was granted by Cheshire East Council in June. Construction is due to begin next year and is expected to be completed in 2016.
Will Robinson, retail director at Wilson Bowden Developments, said: "We've had a number of positive discussions with retailers since planning approval and will be making further announcements in due course."
The retained agents are Cushman & Wakefield and Mason & Partners.
