Refurbed office space up for grabs at MediaCity
Around 16,000 sq ft on the 10th floor of Orange Tower has undergone a £1.2m refurbishment.
With ample space for up to 180 employees, the MediaCity office includes two boardrooms, six group meeting rooms, and eight one-to-one areas.
The newlook 10th floor of Orange Tower was designed by architect Chapman and Taylor in collaboration with contractor Consensus Workplace.
MediaCity is quoting £35/sq ft rent and seeking a minimum lease term of five years.
Previous occupants The HUT Group moved out to Icon near Manchester Airport when it was completed in 2021.
Orange Tower has 12 floors and is home to Kellogg’s, ITV, and law firm Horwich Farrelly.

The Orange Building was designed by architect Sheppard Robson and completed as part of Salford’s 200-acre MediaCityUK development.
