Queen to tour Liverpool One during city visit

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will visit Grosvenor's Liverpool One regeneration project next week, days before its phase one opening.
The Royal couple will visit the site between 10.30am and 11.45am on Thursday 22 May as part of a tour of the city that will include the official opening of the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool in Kings Dock.
Grosvenor has sent out invitations for partners on the £1bn, retail-led scheme, to attend the Queen's reception along with their immediate family.
Phase one will see up to 70 shops, totalling 1m sq ft out of the overall 1.6m sq ft, opening on South John Street and Paradise Street on 29 May.
