Quadrangle fully let after two new signings
Two new signings totalling 4,700 sq ft mean that Merepark's Quadrangle development near Oxford Road in Manchester is now fully let.
Constructed in 2005, the Quadrangle comprises 10 commercial units and a car park operated by NCP.
The building also contains 230 residential apartments.
The new tenants at the Quadrangle are noodle and sushi bar, Wasabi, and Japanese fast food outlet, Oishi Q.
Wasabi has taken a 15-year lease on 3,000 sq ft of space over two levels at the development on Hulme Street, while Oishi Q, which is a new dining concept in Manchester based around a traditional Japanese Yakitori bar, has taken a five-year lease on a 1,700 sq ft unit.
The agent for the Quadrangle is CBRE.
The Quadrangle is already home to Indian restaurant Zouk Tea Bar and Grill, Nando's and Chinese and Thai fusion restaurant Blue Ginger.
Neal Hunter, associate director of Merepark, said: "We're very pleased to have reached capacity at The Quadrangle and are delighted to welcome our newest tenants, Oishi Q and Wasabi.
"Both restaurants enhance Manchester's culinary scene; Wasabi is already a well-established city favourite, while Oishi Q is introducing an exciting new dining concept.
"It's testament to the popularity of the Quadrangle and its great location that restaurants of this calibre are taking on space here."
