Design team wanted for Stepping Hill pathology block
Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint an architect-led multidisciplinary team to develop proposals for a new building at the hospital.
Tenders are currently being accepted for the contract to build a new pathology facility at Stepping Hill. The current building is situated on the Buxton Road side of Stepping Hill, just off the Poplar Grove entrance.
Submissions for the contract, which is worth £735,000 excluding VAT, are due 17 June.
The contract is for more than two years, with extensions possible to take the project to additional RIBA stages.
The trust is looking to announce the contract winner at the end of July.
Applicants will be judged based on their experience, social value offering, and expertise in BREEAM.
