Property adviser signs for Waterside House

Norwich Property Service has taken 5,471 sq ft at Waterside House in Wigan at £13.50/sq ft on a ten-year lease.
The building on Waterside Drive is already home to British Waterways and is owned by private Irish investors. CTP originally developed the office building before selling it on.
DTZ acted for the landlord. Drivers Jonas advised the tenant.
