Promotion for BoI’s McGivern

Bank of Ireland's former regional head of property, Ciaran McGivern, has been promoted to regional director for the North West.

His new role will include continuing to head up the property finance business and developing the bank's market share in the mid-corporate, leisure and healthcare markets.

McGivern, who is a chartered accountant, has spent the last three of his 11 years with BoI leading the development of the bank's lending book in the North West to in excess of £1bn.
