Priority Sites’ Vesty industrial estate 75% occupied

Public-private developer Priority Sites has reported fresh deals totalling 23,500 sq ft at its speculative Vesty Business Park development in Netherton.

Mansfield Group, a vehicle recovery specialist, purchased 15,500 sq ft of industrial space in the Bootle, Merseyside, scheme, completed last summer.

Apollo Heating has leased 4,000 sq ft on an initial three-year lease. A local occupier, soon to be announced, has also purchased 4,000 sq ft of trading space.

The park has 46 roof-mounted wind turbines along with a 26m free-standing turbine, which together provide at least 10% of the scheme's energy supply.

The 159,000 sq ft development near Liverpool's north docks has 17 units from 3,000 sq ft to 28,000 sq ft. Six remain available to let or sell.

CB Richard Ellis and Hitchcock Wright & Partners are the letting agents.

Priority Sites is a joint venture between the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Homes & Communities Agency.
