Preston’s Roman Way bags trio of deals
Three deals totalling 46,892 sq ft have been completed at Roman Way Industrial Estate in east Preston.
A recently refurbished 40,885 sq ft warehouse owned by Commercial Estates Group has been let to FX Carpets on a 10-year lease. Techni Grind, a cutting and grinding business, has taken 3,037 sq ft for five years, also from Commercial Estates Group, while dog training business Misfits K9 Services has taken 2,970 sq ft on a five-year deal. Bolton’s Wood Investments is the landlord on this deal.
Robert Pinkus & Co and JLL are joint letting agents for the park. Robert Pinkus & Co partner Danny Pinkus said: “The trio of deals is testament to the estate’s ongoing popularity. There has been welcome investment in some of the older warehousing stock on the site recently and this has added to the estate’s appeal.”
Roman Way Industrial Estate sits within a mile of junction 31a of the M6. Other occupiers include Comet, Booths, Warehouse Wine, Mondi Board, Recycling Lives and Business Post.
