Pochin’s non-exec builds stake

Michael Chadwick, a non-executive director of Cheshire-based listed property group Pochin's, has spent £41,000 building his stake in the company.

Chadwick bought 40,000 ordinary shares in separate deals during November at a price of either £1 or £1.05 on each occasion, the company said. He used a vehicle in which has an interest, Quiros, to buy the shares.

Chadwick's stake of the business, through Quiros and other trusts, now stands at 23.27%.
