Plans in for 368,000 sq ft Flintshire industrial

Etonbrook Andrews wants to redevelop a 23-acre two-parcel vacant site off Manor Lane in Hawarden into an industrial scheme designed by PACE Architecture.

Across both parcels, 368,000 sq ft of industrial space would be provided should consent be given by Flintshire County Council.

The 13-acre parcel one would comprise seven units across five buildings, each ranging from 25,800 sq ft to 60,200 sq ft.

This site would provide 274 car parking spaces.

At the 9.8-acre parcel two, slightly further north, two sheds of 77,900 sq ft and 57,400 sq ft would be built.

A further 140 car parking spaces are proposed at this location.

Both parcels of land are accessible from an existing gated entrance off Manor Lane. The established KUS Industrial Estate lies just north of the application site.
