Plans for Peel’s high-rise tower approved

Peel Investments has been granted outline planning permission for a new 26-storey residential tower and adjacent 11-floor building on Salford Quays.

Regent Residential, which has been designed by Stephenson Bell Architects, will be located near the end of Dock 9 on the Quays next to BSC Group's Canopus Towers.

The new application, which replaces a previous design never formally determined by Salford Council, includes 300 residential apartments and ground-floor commercial units.
