PLANNING | Princes Dock towers on Liverpool list
Private rented sector schemes of 31 and 15 storeys at Princes Dock within Liverpool Waters will be on the agenda when the city council’s planning committee meets on 8 August.
Also on the list is the demolition of the Copperas Hill police station and its replacement by student accommodation, and a housing scheme on Peel land off Speke Hall Lane.
