Persimmon recruits technical director from Taylor Wimpey
Keiron Morley has joined the housebuilder in the senior role, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience.
Morley was most recently the technical director at Taylor Wimpey in Manchester. Prior to that, he held similar roles at Keepmoat Homes and Bellway.
As technical director for Persimmon North West, Morley will work on the delivery of the housebuilder’s projects including its ambitions for 433 homes in Maghull and 124 homes in Bromborough.
Regarding his new role, Morley said: “I’m looking forward to playing my part in building high-quality homes for local people.
“The region has several developments underway and a number of applications progressing with local authorities and I was really impressed with the team’s vision for the business.”
Persimmon North West managing director Ian Hilliker also praised Morley.
“His skills and experience will be a real asset to Persimmon North West and the wider business,” Hilliker said of Morley.
Hilliker continued: “As we look to maintain our HBF 5-star rating, having Keiron on board will strengthen our technical team, ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest standards for customers, communities and stakeholders.”
Persimmon’s North West division is based in Urmston.
